Our Lady of the Cenacle

Pilgrimage

Founded at a place of pilgrimage, the Cenacle has, since its inception, accompanied people’s journey on this earth, both materially and spiritually.

Accompanying pilgrims at places of devotion

The congregation has maintained a close connection with pilgrimage sites since its beginnings. More than a mere geographical coincidence, this proximity shapes a spiritual identity: that of a place of refuge where the pilgrim’s journey becomes an inner journey.

The soul’s pilgrimage

An invitation to a spiritual journey thanks to a catechetical “map of the heart”: or how to save one’s soul during one’s earthly pilgrimage.

The walking retreat

The sisters become pilgrims among pilgrims to accompany each person’s spiritual growth: they organise and accompany prayer walks.

The labyrinth ministry

Inspired by the medieval labyrinth at Chartres Cathedral (France), the labyrinths at the Cenacle retreat houses offer an opportunity for prayer and inner meditation.

Walking in the footsteps of our founders

The pilgrimage in the footsteps of the founders began shortly after Mother Thérèse’s death. It developed over time: returning to the roots of their history became an important step in the life and formation of the sisters.
